@ I have reserved  my transportation. Is there anything else I should do?

No, Absolutely nothing. You have received the conformation e-mail that was sent to you, which contains your Taxi Voucher, regarding your reservation. Simply print it and keep it with you, as it may be requested by your driver.

@ How will I know that my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will contain your Taxi Voucher. All details of your reservation, are written in this.

@ Will the TAXI i have hired definitely wait for me? Will the driver recognize me?

At your arrival point, there will be a TAXI driver waiting for you with a sign and your name clearly written. Also, the driver will always have a mobile phone so that he can contact you should any irregular circumstances arise. This is the reason we ask for personal information during the reservation.

@ What if my plane, train or ship is delayed?

There is no reason to worry. No matter the delay, the driver will wait without an additional charge.
We have an on-line connection to airport, port and train information, specifically for this reason.

@ I want to select a destination that is not listed on your website. Can I do this?

Of course. Simply,fill in a ''Service Request Form'',by clicking the icon ''Click Here To Request A Service'' below our Top Menu. Alternatively, you can use our ''Contact Us'' form.
We will contact you as soon as possible with information regarding the cost and payment method.

@ There are five of us. Can we use one car?

Unfortunately no. According to the Greek law all Taxis in Greece seats up to 4 passengers plus the driver. Please make sure that you hire drivers with licensed tour vehicles. If there are 5 passengers,we can book a mini-van for you.Contact us for more details.

@ Can i make a reservation such that i can have a TAXI leased
for as many days as i need continuously?

Certainly. Simply send us an e-mail, containing the details of the reservation, you are interested for.

@ I would also like to book my return trip. Is it possible?

Yes, of course. You can book your return trip before or after your arrival in Athens.
Just let us know your needs in advance.

@ I need a TAXI in a few hours, can I make a reservation?

Send us an e-mail or call us and we'll try to confirm your reservation at the shortest possible time.

 

@ Are your drivers licensed guides ? Can they enter the sights with us?

For those of you who are booking private tours for the first time, perhaps a little clarification would help.
By law, tour drivers cannot guide inside the sites and tour guides cannot drive. A tour driver and a tour guide are not the same. It is to your advantage when booking a private tour to be sure that you understand the difference and know in advance so that you are guaranteed the kind of guide you are expecting.
As a tour driver, we can tell you everything we know about the sites up until you enter the site, but Greek archaeological sites and museums are very strict about using only licensed guides within the sites themselves. We can arrange for you to have a guide if you think it is necessary for you to have a full understanding of what you are seeing and there are guides available at most of the sites that you can hire.

@ Do you offer transfers from Athens Airport all year round?

We provide airport transfers 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, including holidays.

@ Are your transfer prices per person or per vehicle?

Prices are quoted per vehicle.

@ Is smoking allowed in the car?

Smoking in taxis is forbidden by Greek law, so all our taxis are smoking-free.

@ Can I ask for a baby chair in the car?

If you require a baby chair, please quote it, in ''Other Requests"" box, when you make your booking.
Baby chairs are provided free of charge.

@ How long does it take from Athens Airport to the city centre? How long to Piraeus Port?

Usually a journey from the Airport to the Athens centre takes around 40 minutes and the trip to Piraeus Port 50 minutes

@ Will I be charged extra if I have a lot of luggage?

There is no extra charge for your luggage, as long as it fits in the Taxi. If you have bulky luggage, please ask for a second car.

@ Are your transfers and tours Shuttle or Private?

Shuttle (shared) transfer or tour, is a service with two or more stops to your chosen destination point.
The shuttle service is usually shared with other passengers, not of your party and the price is usually per passenger. Private Transfer service, is for you (your party) only and prices for private transfers are per vehicle, not per passenger.
All of our services are strictly private.

@ Are there any extra charges?

The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras.
Our fares are fixed, all inclusive and are not affected by traffic jams or diversions.

@ Do i have to tip the driver?

Tips are not compulsory, however if you are happy with the service and would like to tip the driver, the amount of the tip should be according to the level of service.
Whether you decide to tip the driver or not is entirely up to you.

@ Do i have to pay the total amount or just a deposit to book my service?

@ Do you operate and confirm transfers and tours during Taxi strikes?

Unfortunately no.StarGroup consists of legitimate cabs.We have to follow instructions of Taxi Association.
We'll do our best to find the best solution for you and confirm your bookings using our Mini-Buses Min-vans or Limos.
